John Humphrey – CEOJohn Humphrey – CEO

John is the founder of Turfline, Inc. and the inventor of the patented True-Surface® Vibratory Greens Rolling System. He is the president of the company and head of the sales department. John received his turf training while working for a local Toro distributor in St. Louis, where his background evolved from agriculture in pesticides to a turf background in equipment and pesticides.

Linda Humphrey – CFO & Office ManagerLinda Humphrey – CFO & Office Manager

As head of the accounting department and office manager, Linda is responsible for making sure things run smoothly in the office.

Randy Leitman – Design Engineer & Technical SupportRandy Leitman – Design Engineer & Technical Support

Randy is a Turfline veteran. Besides, John Humphrey, Randy has been employed the longest and knows all the True-Surface® products better than most. Randy is a professionally trained technician in engineering and design technology. He will answer any technical questions; find a solution to any possible technical issue, and is always brainstorming ways to improve True-Surface® even more.

Terry, known to most people as “Red,” is our international salesman.  He travels around the world to set up distribution and visit golf courses. Terry manages all our international accounts as well as a few domestic distributors.  His domestic accounts include:

Kerry Satterwhite – National Accounts Manager

Kerry is one of our two traveling domestic salesmen. He will answer your sales questions, familiarize you with local distributorships, and set you up with a live demo in your area. Cassie is the sales manager for all domestic sales accounts and helps coordinate sales incentive programs for distributorships. She offers both domestic and international sales support to True-Surface® by Turfline’s salesmen, distributors, and golf courses. Furthermore, she will answer questions you might have about our products. Being a multi-tasker, Cassie also assists in providing parts service to our customers.

Jayme Edmiston – Marketing Manager & Parts Sales ExecutiveJayme Edmiston – Marketing Manager & Parts Sales Executive

Head of the marketing department, Jayme is in charge of creating all marketing materials. She is your contact for advertising inquiries or if you simply need more literature sent to your facility. Jayme is also in charge of coordinating all arrangements for the Annual Golf Industry Show, updating the website, and managing True-Surface® by Turfline’s Facebook, and Twitter accounts. Additionally, Jayme also assists in providing parts and customer service.

Tiffany McGraw – Accounts ReceivableTiffany McGraw – Accounts Receivable

If you have questions about an invoice or need a tracking number to track your shipment, Tiffany will help you out. She is in charge of shipping and invoicing all sales that leave our manufacturing facility. Furthermore, Tiffany helps outsource parts for research and development.

Natalie Fields – Accounts Payable & Inventory ControllerNatalie Fields – Accounts Payable & Inventory Controller

Natalie keeps the company up and running by making sure all our bills are paid accurately and on time! And when she’s not busy paying the bills or balancing check books, Natalie is keeping an eye out on our inventory levels. She also is in charge of assigning part numbers to all True-Surface® parts and wholegoods.

Brad EverettBrad Everett – Production Manager

As production manager, Brad oversees all the manufacturing, machining, and testing of True-Surface® products. Brad makes sure all products are fit for the field before shipping out of the factor. Additionally, Brad is in charge of ordering raw materials need to manufacture all True-Surface® goods.

Bobby and Tony play an important role in the production of all True-Surface® parts and whole goods. They both program and run the machines that manufacture each part.

Christopher DeGeare – Greens Care Collection Production SpecialistChristopher DeGeare – Greens Care Collection Production Specialist

While Christopher is professionally trained to assemble all True-Surface® products, he specializes in the assembly of the Greens Care Collection. Not only does he build the Greens Care Collection frames and inserts, he also assists in prepping them for shipping. Christopher can also answer any GCC technical questions you might have.

Ross Dowell – Vibe VTM Production SpecialistRoss Dowell – Vibe VTM Production Specialist

Ross is professionally trained to assemble all True-Surface® products, but specializes in assembling the True-Surface® Vibe VTM. Not only does he build the Vibe VTM Vibratory Greens Rollers, he also assists in prepping them for shipping. Ross can also answer any roller technical questions you might have.

Jake and Brandon have the important jobs of assembling parts to assist in the production of whole goods. They also prepare parts & whole good shipments to leave the facility.
